Which Hollyweird Actor Just Re-Listed This Gorgeous Asian Inspired Crib For $7.45 Milli???

Taking another stab at offloading his Los Angeles, California home this week is actor Ryan Phillippe.The Huffington Post reports that the actor has put his Asian-inspired architectural property back on the market for $7.45 million. Despite not coming up with a sale the first go-around, Phillippe’s re-listed bachelor’s pad has not been reduced in price from when he attempted to part ways with the property back in December of 2010. The television and film star, who is currently filming a 10-episode arc for the fifth season of FX’s acclaimed legal drama Damages, purchased the home in 2008 for $7.2 million following his divorce to Reese Witherspoon.

Set on a half-acre lot, the property rests above Sunset Strip and feature expansive views of the surrounding Hollywood Hills. The 7,600-square-foot floor plan borrows heavily from oriental influence and design, and features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a two-story gym, media room and an art studio. Outside, a pool, sauna, flowing waterfalls and a canopied fire pit overlooking the city lend to the tranquil nature of Phillippe’s home design.
