 Julianne Hough covers the February issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine, which hits newsstands on Tuesday, January 8th.   Inside her interview with the mag Hough reveals that she was abused mentally and physically while living away from her parents in London as a young girl to study dance.  She also chats about her relationship with Ryan Seacrest and her upcoming film, Safe Haven.
