The erstwhile Hannah Montana star rung in her last bday as a teen with a decidedly more adult bash last night at the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel.
According to a source, Cyrus' beau Liam Hemsworth, pal Kelly Osbourne and mom Tish and sister Brandi were just some of the partygoers inside the private soiree held inside the Beacher's Madhouse club.
Party-planner Osbourne wasn't lying when she promised us there would be lots of "madness and craziness" at the party. At one point during the night, we spotted a unicorn strolling around outside the event! Of course it wasn't a real magical creature. Just a horse with a horn attached to its head.
"It's intimate, but it's going to be the sickest thing she's ever seen in her life," Osbourne teased yesterday just hours before the big bash. "That was my mission for her, to make her birthday...the best day ever."
