Kim met her friend Robin Antin and was seen stepping into Barneys for a quick browse.
Last night the single television star was honoured with the Favourite Celebrity Reality TV star at the People’s Choice Awards but she failed to show up to collect her award.
Instead Kim, who had enjoyed a pamper at the hairdressers earlier in the day tweeted her thanks to her fans.

Now besieged Khloe Kardashian faces claims husband Lamar Odom spent seedy night with strippers
It's not been a good week for Khloe Kardashian.
Amid the ongoing gossip over her paternity, it has now emerged her husband Lamar Odom shared a seedy night with strippers.
Odom - who has been married to 27-year-old Khloe for two years - enjoyed a wild time at a notorious Washington D.C. strip club, according to RadarOnline.com.
The 32-year-old sports star was dishing out hundreds of dollars to strippers who were' grinding on him,' according to an onlooker who spoke anonymously to the website.
At one point Lamar was seen sprawled out in a dimly lit corner of the Stadium Club strip club, the website reports.
The venue bills itself as a five star dining and premier gentleman's club experience.
He was joined by Mavericks teammates Shawn Marion and Delonte West.
They were all at the club on Sunday night - just hours before the 2011 NBA champions were honoured by President Barack Obama at the White House the following day.
Another onlooker told Radar: 'Lamar looked to have about 500 one dollar bills in his hand and he gave all of the money to the dancers through-out the night.
'He made sure the girls were well taken care of. He was throwing money at the women.'
The website goes on to claim that Odom went into a private room with one of the strippers, who bore a striking resemblance to Khloe.

The source says he was away in the back room for some time before eventually returning to her party of friends.
On the night Odom was letting loose, Khloe was alone at their new Dallas home.
She tweeted: 'Thunder in Dallas... And Lammy is in DC. I guess ill cuddle with leopard tonight :) awww my blankey :)'
The club is located in the Langdon Park neighborhood of Washington D.C. and offers nude lap dances from between $40 and $300.

Walk like Greased Lightning! Prada's hot rod shoes are firing up the fashion world with flaming heels and tailfin touches.
Hailed as a product of the Golden Era of automobile design, American tailfin cars are undoubtedly things of beauty. Perfectly sculptured, with dramatic paint jobs and flourishes like flaming exhaust pipes and highly polished chrome metalwork, they are as desirable today as they were in the Fifties and Sixties when they were first created. In fact, their eye-catching aesthetic makes for fertile fodder for fashion designers looking for inspiration. But few borrow quite so literally from the tailfin's design motifs as Miuccia Prada.
For her spring/summer 2012 collection, Miuccia designed a collection of shoes heavily inspired by the American tailfin era. Colours are bold Cadillac red and racing green. Flames burst from the back of the shoes in the way they would from a hot rod's exhaust pipe. Detailing on the shoes comes from the highly polished chrome metal work, or the geometric shapes of the cars' tailfins.
The campaign images themselves, all bright colours and slick retro styling, were shot by legendary fashion world snapper Steven Meisel, and starred five new models - Meghan Collison, Natasha Poly, Elise Crombez, Ymre Stiekema and Kathryn Kruger - posing perched on the hoods of immaculately painted vintage automobiles.
Of the hot rod campaign, Miucca waxes lyrical thus: ‘Bathed in sunlight. Fuelled by optimism. Girls and cars stop and stare at the future in this Technicolor mise-en-scĂ©ne of desire…The gas station is cast as a central symbol in this post-modern crossroads of new horizons and economic fulfillment, a stage set where fashion, fantasy and the promise of new discoveries collide.’
She can add to that that the campaign features some flaming hot shoes.
On fire! Bold wedges in Cadillac red and racing green borrow motifs from 1950s car culture with exhaust-pipe flames and shiny paint-job finish
Driving fashion forward: Flaming exhaust pipes and tail-fin forms are used as embellishment on the heels of many of the shoes

Americana: The collection itself, initially revealed at Milan fashion week last September, bore automobile-inspired motifs, from exhaust flames to tailfin and car prints

Tangerine dream! Jennifer Hudson shows off her super slim legs in a bright orange mini-dress.
Having lost more than 80lbs on her Weight Watchers diet, you can hardly blame the svelte Jennifer Hudson for wanting to model the stunning results of her new look.
And today, the 30-year-old actress and singer showed off her long, slim legs in a bright orange mini-dress, ensuring all eyes were on her as she signed copies of her new memoir in Los Angeles.
The Oscar winner was promoting I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down at Barnes & Noble book store at The Grove shopping mall.
Electric blue nail varnish, purple and gold oversized earrings and wedge heels completed the look.
She seemed happy and relaxed today, blowing kisses to photographers and smiling broadly as she met fans and signed copies of her tome.
Jennifer traces her 80-pound weight-loss journey in the book and also speaks out about her views on her shape and her career.
On Sunday night, she told Dateline that she was digitally slimmed down for her self-titled album cover in 2008, before she lost 80 pounds and become a Weight Watches spokesperson.
Kiss for the fans: Hudson looked confident and happy as she attended the book launch for memoir I Got This.

'It’s like "Where’s the rest of me?" They Photoshopped me probably to the size I am now on that cover, when we all know I was nowhere near that.
'To me, it did not send out a good message. And it did not represent me well. Did I not just prove that talent is enough if I made it this far? Being who I am, being the size that I am?'
Jennifer told the Today Show she did not have a problem with her weight until she was thrust into the spotlight in 2004 with American Idol.
