her Twitter fans updated about the occasion, posting pictures and wishing her
spouse well.
She has been
through a trying time recently as she endures a public spat with fellow
American Idol judge Nicki Minaj.
But Mariah
Carey wasn’t about to let that spoil her plans to celebrate husband Nick
Cannon’s birthday.
The
42-year-old singer saw in her 32-year-old beau’s special day with a night out on
Sunday but first they paraded their silly headgear online.
She wrote
alongside one snap of Nick posing with a part hat and a flute of rose
champagne: ‘My hubby on his birthday fest! On to the party! Happy birthday Nick
Cannon!’
