There was never any doubt that she would be the centre of
attention, but just in case she wasn't Alicia Keys decided to pull out all the
stops.
The 31-year-old arrived at the Organizing For America
Volunteer Event in Philadelphia yesterday wearing a bright yellow shirt and
matching green heels.
As host of the event, Alicia obviously wanted to stand out
and ensure that her voice was heard as she continued to support President
Barack Obama.
Despite teaming the silky shirt with a pair of dark denim
skinny jeans, the singer still managed to look glamorous.
She ensured that her outfit stayed sexy by keeping the top
button of her bright shirt undone and completed her look with the peep-toe
heels.
Alicia teamed it with a brown trilby hat and a pair of hoop
earrings as she greeted members of the public, and appeared to be wearing
minimal make-up.
Alicia kept her fans up to date with her whereabouts
yesterday and was clearly feeling fired up about the day's events.
'In Philly to show support for @barackobama #women2012' she wrote on Twitter, before
posting: 'What an inspiring day!! When we stand together theres no impossible!!
@barackobama #women2012 Let's
gooooo!!'
She was later seen posing with a signed poster of the
President which was emblazoned with the words 'We've got his back.'
The singer ensured her look was kept glamorous by keeping her
top button undone and teaming her shirt with peep-toe heels
Meanwhile, Alicia's husband was was seen at Bagatelle in New
York City to attend the launch of Nas' latest album Life Is Good.
The 33-year-old wore a pair of blue jeans, a white T-shirt
and smart black blazer as he posed for photos at the Moët Rose event.
He was later seen leaving the venue in a metallic orange
sports car while still wearing a pair of dark sunglasses.
