She was so terrified by her recent
trespasser scare that Kim Kardashian immediately decided to move house,
according to reports.
The
31-year-old reality star up and left her former Beverly Hills home and has
reportedly moved into a new mansion in the same area.
She is said
to be renting this massive 6,700 square foot estate for $40,000 a month.
A
spokesperson for the star was unavailable for comment earlier today.
Though the
price tag is high, the E! star can easily afford to shell out the monstrous
sum, especially when paying through the nose can secure her personal safety.
The stunning
home has six bathrooms and four bedrooms, so that she can have friends and
family members alike stay overnight.
According to
the realtor's description, Kim's temporary new pad features 'Craftsman-Asian
fused architecture with a lush, tropical landscape surrounding an infinity pool
with valley and mountain views.'
She opted
for a location close to her former home instead of picking a place in nearby
Bel Air, as had been reported.
The brunette
beauty decided to move after a stranger
appeared on her doorstep with luggage saying he intended to stay at her home.
The man
showed up late last night, buzzed the intercom at her security gate and claimed
Kim had flown him into town to stay with her, according to TMZ.
He is said
to have claimed he was supposed to be working on her reality show.
Kim 'got
freaked out' when the man refused to leave, according to TMZ, and a member of
her security team called police.
The divorcee
is said to be terrified of stalkers, and thus left the $5 million property she
purchased in 2010.
Hopefully
the move has given Kim peace of mind.
She
certainly looked relaxed as she attended Elton John's Oscar night bash on
Sunday with older sister Kourtney.
The pregnant
reality star was spotted out in Santa Monica with her son Mason today and her
son was seen clutching a dinosaur stuffed toy.
